On December 06th, Tailgate for Cause and the crew from 501st Legion joined together to tailgate for the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. The child-friendly establishment is built on the science of healing. Between the exceptional medical team and generous support from the community, no child in need of services is denied care on the basis of limited ability to pay. The world-class facilities at Children’s Hospital are a testament to the Nashville community’s dedication to the health of children. Claudia Richardson, Marcus Dohring, Dusten Gardner and Ryan Sachs presented over $1400 to Shannon Lapsley, The Assistant Director of Community Development for Monroe Carell. We were able to tour a small portion of the facilities and are proud to have raised funds and awareness for this incredible organization. The hard work and commitment to Nashville are apparent throughout the hospital and we encourage you to visit and tour the facilities for yourself. Thank you to the 501st Legion for joining with Tailgate for Cause to help make this another successful tailgate this season. The 501st Legion prides themselves on their commitment to do good for children and give back to their community and that is exactly what we experienced.
